Glasshouse helps strengthen civil society in
Canada by building organizational capacity throughout the voluntary
sector.
We help Vancouver non-profit organizations to assess their capacity,
to develop plans for building it, and to find the resources
necessary to implement these plans. We develop tools
for measuring capacity in charitable organizations that
will assist staff, boards and funders to benchmark progress
and demonstrate the benefits that flow from strategic
investments in capacity building.
